How pro-rata pay works

A pro-rata salary scales the full-time equivalent (FTE) salary by the fraction of full-time hours you work. Three days a week (22.5 of 37.5 hours) on a £35,000 FTE is £21,000. Holiday entitlement scales the same way — the statutory minimum of 5.6 weeks applies proportionally.
